What are the washing instructions for Adventure Bands?
Hand wash, dry flat. Do not iron or machine dry. Over time the design will fade a little. This is purposeful, and adds to the adventurous style.
What do Adventure Bands mean or represent?
Adventure Bands are about living a meaningful life full of adventure, culture, and service!
What organizations are the donations going to?
A portion of the Adventure Band proceeds will go to benefit schools in Nepal and India. A portion of the proceeds from Pin Pals will be donated to charitable organizations, non-profit organizations, service projects, and other goodwill efforts. Your purchase will specifically be used to help the destination that the current month's pin is based on.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences.
How do I update my credit card?
You can update your information through your account. Just click on “update” under your payment method.
How do I make changes in my shipping or billing information?
All information can be edited on your account preferences.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type, weight/size of order, and dollar amount of order. Refer to the Checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. Please go to our shipping policy page for more information on our policies.
I never received my order. What now?
Domestic packages are deemed "lost" after 30 days from shipment date. Canada and International packages are deemed “lost” after 45 days from shipment date. Singapore and Malaysia have a special exemption of 60 days and Brazil has a 120-day exemption. Packages are not considered "lost" until after the posted date. Please wait until that time to contact us through starting a conversation. We will then replace the missing item if it is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be given a refund in the form of store credit for any lost item.
What is the return policy?
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under my orders. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well.
What does month-to-month commitment mean?
Month-to-month commitment means that you are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will continue each month until you reach out to our Customer Experience team via conversation to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription, you must start a conversation with us HERE. To allow adequate time for us to process subscription orders, we ask that you please do not cancel in our administrative blackout period between the 3rd and the 8th of the month. If you must cancel during this time, please see below for further details regarding cancellation fees.
If you request to cancel between the 3rd and the 8th of the month, there will be a $15 cancellation fee. After your subscription order has charged and shipped on the 9th, you may then get in touch with us to cancel your subscription for the upcoming month.
When will I be billed for my subscription each month?
For new subscriptions, your credit or debit card will be billed immediately, and you will receive the current pin. All future charges will occur on the 9th of each month.
